<![CDATA[This research was concerned to find out strategies were used by the eighth grade students of MTsS Safinatussalamah Lhokseumawe to overcome the difficulties in English speaking, and to know the reason they chose those strategies. The design applied in this research was descriptive qualitative research. Meanwhile, the techniques of data collection were observation, field note, and interview. The researcher analyzed the data by Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The result of the research showed that there were various learning strategies used by the students. There were meta-cognitive strategies, cognitive strategies, and social-affective strategies. They chose those strategies based on some reasons, such as because they wanted to check their language to be a good language in speaking, they felt easier to get the ideas in speaking, and they knew their ability in speaking. So, the strategies were very important to help students in learning process especially in learning English speaking. A good strategy also helped the students to learn fun and creative, so that the students would feel interested in learning and they could practice their speaking.]]>

<![CDATA[The researcher wants to research about field research. This research also uses qualitative research methods. The method that will be used by researchers in this study is a method to get a description of the problems that occur in the field and their conclusions. The results of the research conducted by this researcher can be concluded that the profit sharing in the Vaname shrimp cultivation business in Ujung Blang Village, Banda Sakti District begins with the expansion of the cages, the purchase of seeds, to maintenance, capital from the owner of the capital itself. While the manager or cultivator is obliged to develop and maintain as well as with the procedures for managing the entire implementation of cultivation until the harvest period. The results are divided between the owners of the capital to get a profit of 85% while the tenants get a profit of 15% of the net proceeds. If there is a loss, the tenant does not get the profit sharing. This is in accordance with the provisions of the Mudharabah contract which states that business losses and damage to goods in the Mudharabah agreement that are experienced not due to negligence of the mudharib or implementer will be borne by the owner of the capital. The development of the Vaname shrimp farming business was initially only 75,000 individuals to be managed by the tenants. Then the owner of the capital invites his partner to work together to manage his cultivation. And currently the number of Vaname shrimp seeds in the culture weighs about 1.5 tons with a total of 75,000 tails.]]>

<![CDATA[The existence of Qanun Number 5 of 2016 concerning the Revocation of Qanun Number 9 of 2014 concerning the Establishment of the Aceh Sharia Bank has caused disputes among Acehnese elite figures. For the government, the revocation of Qanun Number 9 of 2014 is a step to speed up conversion. Meanwhile, according to M. Jafar, the implementation of the conversion of Bank Aceh from the conventional system to sharia does not require Qanun, except for the formation of a new bank or spin off (separation). In fact, the Financial Services Authority (OJK) instructed the Aceh government to revoke Qanun Number 9 of 2014 to speed up conversion permits from the Financial Services Authority. So that the authors are interested in exploring deeper information about the reasons for the Aceh government to revoke Qanun Number 9 of 2014 concerning the establishment of Bank Aceh Syariah in the form of a spin off. This type of research is a library research using a normative juridical approach, namely Qanun Number 5 of 2016 concerning the revocation of Qanun Number 9 of 2014 concerning the Establishment of the Aceh Sharia Bank. From this research, it can be seen that the Aceh Qanun which was issued in 2014 and then revoked by the Aceh government in 2016 is not a requirement to obtain a license to convert Conventional Aceh Bank into sharia.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the quality of the hadiths "Faradha zakat fitrah", that the hadiths explain about the obligation to pay zakat fitrah for every Muslim, both men and women, to the importance of zakat on the eve of the festival. Then the hadiths use several kinds of food that can satisfy in the form of staple foods such as dates, poetry and wheat and rice. The main focus in this research is the sanad and matan of the Hadiths of the Prophet saw which contain about "faradha zakat fitrah" this research is a library research with the main reference is the books of hadith al-Kutub al-Tis'ah (Nine Books Induk Hadith), and maktabah syamilah. In addition to the books of hadith mentioned above, books related to takhrij al-hadith are also references in this study, such as: Ushul al-Takhrij wa Dirasat al-Asanid. Research Methodology of the hadith of the Prophet written by Syuhudi Ismail, and others. To research the narrators of Hadith, used as a reference are books related to the study of the content of hadith. The result of this research is a hadith chain of authentic quality, namely the narration of Abu Dawud. From the point of view of authentic hadith, it does not contradict the Qur'an and authentic hadith, common sense, historical facts, language and the principles of Islam.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of educational institutions is progressing rapidly. Not only in managing education such as managing learning methods, learning materials and student development activities, marketing activities of educational institutions to the wider community are also very important to pay attention to. One of the parties that plays a role in the marketing activities of educational institutions is the school committee. This study aims to determine the role of school committees in the marketing of educational institutions. The type of approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach with research subjects namely the principal, vice principal and school committee. The object of this research is the role of school committees in marketing educational institutions with research data obtained through observation and interviews. From the research carried out, it was found that the role of the school committee in the marketing of educational institutions is as a provider of considerations in planning the marketing of educational institutions, assisting in funding marketing activities, supervising the continuity of marketing activities, and connecting communication to the authorities, namely the government.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper examines religious and state relations of Islamic thought perspective. This study aims to describe how the relationship between religion and state in the view of Islam. The method used in obtaining data is descriptive method through literature study. The results of the study show that among Muslim figures or thinkers such as Nurcholish Madjid and Abdur Rahman Wahid agree that there is a constructive relationship between state and religion which by revivalists separates it. Some of the indicators are: (1) Islam gives the principles of the formation of a state with the concept of khalīfah, dawlah, or hukūmah, (2) Islam emphasizes the democratic values of truth and justice, and (3) Islam upholds Human Rights by stating that the basic rights that human beings bring ever since they are born are the right of religious freedom. Therefore, Islam essentially emphasizes the importance of human rights to be upheld in a state, because human rights are rights that should not be disturbed and deprived from the person who has the right.]]>

<![CDATA[Evidence has a significant position in the court process, where this evidence becomes a means that can be used to strengthen arguments in a trial in court. Therefore, this evidence should not be left behind if someone wants to prove a case in a court case, both involving criminal cases and civil cases. Evidence takes various forms, according to cultural developments and times. In the past, there was never any audio-visual electronic evidence, but now it is visible in our lives, such as video camera recordings. Some of the recordings are positive that educate, and some are negative that are not educational, such as recordings of lewd scenes (porn films) which are often exposed by the masses through the internet or multimedia player devices that function to play CD/VCD/DVD recordings of these lewd scenes. Ironically, it turns out that the actors in the scene are Muslims who are carried away by the flow of promiscuity in the midst of the life of the nation and state which tends to be secularistic-individualistic. In this study the author examines three things. First, the cause and wisdom of adultery is forbidden in Islam; Second, the provisions of the procedural law for proving the crime of adultery in Islam; and Third, the position of the evidence of video camera recordings related to the crime of adultery according to the procedural law of proof in Islam. Thus, the author hopes that this study will provide comprehensive benefits regarding the criminal case of adultery and the procedural law applicable in Indonesia for the perpetrators.]]>

<![CDATA[The enactment of Aceh Qanun Number 6 of 2014 concerning Jinayat is expected to be able to answer the question of the increasing number of jinayah perpetrators in Aceh, especially in North Aceh Regency, but it has been 5 years since the enactment of the Qanun that perpetrators of jinayah in North Aceh Regency are increasing every year, so the expectations the aspirations of the Acehnese people through the Aceh Qanun have not been achieved. The method in this research is empirical juridical which is intended to conduct an assessment of the socialization of jinayat law in Aceh, especially North Aceh and to see the legal reality in society as well as to see the effectiveness of the law in reducing the number of jinayah perpetrators in North Aceh Regency. The results showed that: The socialization of the Jinayat Qanun to the community had been carried out by the Islamic Shari'a Service and the Wilyatul Hisbah, North Aceh Regency, but it was still not perfect, it was only carried out with one method, namely lectures and the media used were also limited, so it did not reach the whole community, then the Qanun Aceh Number 6 of 2014 concerning Jinayah has not been effective in reducing the number of perpetrators of jinayah in North Aceh, this can be seen by the increasing number of criminals every year.]]>

<![CDATA[Waqf is an Islamic institution that is social in nature, has religious value and serves as a service to Allah SWT. In its function as worship, waqf is expected to be a provision for life in the afterlife. Whereas in its social function as worship, waqf is a very valuable asset in development. Because waqf is worship, its main purpose is devotion to Allah SWT and sincerity for seeking His pleasure. Waqf can be canceled due to the following: a. A blocking event occurred. b. If there is an increase in the waqf property, then the waqf for the excess price, c. Endowment for immoral interests, such as gambling places, prostitution, building churches, buying weapons to kill. d.Waqf to fight fellow Muslim. e. Waqf of infidels for the benefit of Muslims. Meanwhile, the provisions in the review of Islamic law mention the immediate cancellation of waqf. The term and pillars set. If the pillars and conditions are violated by any party, the waqf will automatically be cancelled.]]>
